ISUZU VIETNAM SUCCESSFULLY HOSTS THE 2026 NATIONAL AFTERSALES CONFERENCE

On February 28, 2026, ISUZU Vietnam (IVC) successfully held the 2026 National Aftersales Conference in Quang Ninh, with the participation of the management board from authorized dealerships nationwide. The conference served as an opportunity for IVC and dealers to review the aftersales performance of the fiscal year 2025 and align on strategic directions and action plans for fiscal year 2026.

At the conference, Mr. Thai Van Toan – Director of ISUZU Vietnam – shared the strategic direction for aftersales operations in fiscal year 2026, with the commitment to continuously enhancing aftersales quality, aiming to maximize vehicle uptime and optimize profitability for customers. To achieve this, IVC will strengthen the collaboration with dealers to ensure timely support and the most reliable genuine services.

During the conference, IVC reaffirmed the core value: become a “Value Provider” for customers. Detailed action plans were proposed: from expanding the service network to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers can operate their vehicles with peace of mind and optimal efficiency.

The conference has lots of discussion sessions between IVC’s Management and Dealers’ BOD/managers. Many practical insights and proposals were shared in a spirit of cooperation and innovation. These valuable contributions are the foundation for ISUZU’s aftersales network to continuously improve and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Kenichi Hisamatsu – Deputy General Director of ISUZU Vietnam – acknowledged the efforts of the entire dealer network in maintaining and enhancing aftersales service quality. He affirmed, “ISUZU Vietnam will always accompany, support, and implement the most effective policies to deliver sustainable value to ISUZU vehicle users in Vietnam.”
