On April 26, 2024, the 1st Dealer Conference in Fiscal Year 2024 (FY 2024) was organized successfully by Isuzu Vietnam (IVC) in Hanoi with the theme “Moving the World – for You”. Attending this event, there were special guests from Isuzu Motors Limited, Isuzu Motors International Operations (Thailand) Co., Ltd., ITOCHU Corporation, Board of Directors of IVC and all authorized Isuzu Dealers nationwide.

At the Conference, highlight contents were presented including ESG introduction & ISUZU ID, Fiscal Year 2023 (FY 2023) review, and plan for FY 2024. Especially at the event, IVC officially announced the Top Dealers of FY 2023 to the entire system.  

The Dealer Conference is an important event periodically organized by IVC, an opportunity for IVC and Isuzu Dealers to discuss and evaluate the past activities and the goals for the upcoming journey. The beginning of the Conference, General Director of IVC – Mr. Wataru Nakano shared the achievement of the highest market share in the commercial vehicle segment for 2 consecutive years, and also the mid to long-term business plan with a key factor: Customer Trust.

The next parts, ESG management & benefits, step-by-step to localize ISUZU ID & synchronize mindset to ISUZU group in Vietnam are the important contents shared in the Conference. At the same time, the key tasks and core values of IVC sales activities in FY 2024 are also provided to the audiences. And for the first time, IVC applied Mentimeter questions in each content to help Dealers interact well and contribute accurate opinions.

Performance results in FY 2023 were also presented and evaluated by functional departments of IVC, thereby setting appropriate goals in FY 2024 for Sales, After Sales, Customer Relation & Satisfaction and Marketing.
