On April 25, 2025, the 1st Dealer Conference for FY2025, organized by ISUZU Vietnam Co., Ltd. (ISUZU Vietnam), was successfully held in Ho Chi Minh City with the theme “Moving Together”. The event was attended by key members of ISUZU Vietnam, the authorized ISUZU Dealer network nationwide and guests from ISUZU Motors Limited, ITOCHU Corporation, ISUZU Motors International Operations (Thailand) Co., Ltd, ISUZU Global CV Engineering Center Co., Ltd and ISUZU Motors Asia Ltd.
At the Conference, key topics presented included an Introduction to the Orientation of becoming a “Value Provider,” a Review of Fiscal Year 2024 activities, and the Goals for Fiscal Year 2025. Notably, during the event, ISUZU Vietnam officially announced the Best Dealers in various categories in FY2024.
The Dealer Conference is a significant event held regularly by ISUZU Vietnam, providing an opportunity for ISUZU Vietnam and nationwide dealers to review past achievements and discuss goals for the upcoming journey. At the beginning of the Conference, Mr. Wataru Nakano – General Director of ISUZU Vietnam – shared about the achievement of maintaining the leading position in the commercial vehicle segment for three consecutive years, along with business goals and detailed action plans.

Next, the Conference clarified the strategy to become a “Value Provider” by focusing on building a trustworthy, innovative brand and committing to delivering optimal solutions for customers.
As part of the Conference, the performance results of Fiscal Year 2024 were presented and evaluated by each ISUZU Vietnam department, leading to the establishment of suitable goals for Fiscal Year 2025 in the areas of After-Sales Service, Customer relation & satisfaction, Product development, Dealer network, PR & Marketing and Sales.
The dealers focused on the presentations from the ISUZU Vietnam departments.
At the Conference, ISUZU Vietnam also implemented an Open Discussion (Waigaya), allowing dealers to interact effectively and provide feedback on each presentation.

Furthermore, as part of the program, on April 24,2025, Dealers had the opportunity to visit and learn at the ISUZU Vietnam Plant, gaining deeper understanding of high quality and reliable assembly standard and initiatives of ISUZU vehicles.

The first Dealer Conference of Fiscal Year 2025 concluded successfully. As a result, ISUZU Vietnam and the dealer network will work together to achieve the set goals, committing to delivering the best value to build and maintain customer trust.
